The Active Mobile V4 offers a range of features that allow you to effectively monitor and manage your alarm system. With this mobile app, you can:

• Instantly check the status of your alarm system in real-time.
• Arm and disarm your alarm system with ease.
• View the layout of your premises and easily identify specific zones.
• Access live footage from the cameras installed on your property.
• Personalize notification sounds to suit your preferences.
• Receive a loud siren notification when the alarm is triggered, lasting up to 30 seconds.
• Link specific cameras to zones or PGMs in your alarm system.
• Access camera feed directly from notification alerts.
• Receive audible confirmation of actions performed through the app.
• Activate and deactivate PGM outputs while simultaneously viewing camera footage.
• Stay informed with notifications regarding alarm system information.

The Active Mobile V4 is fully compatible with the following alarm systems:

• Active 20 (all models) with version 4.5 or higher.
• Active 32 Duo with version 4.5 or higher.
• Active 100 Bus with version 4.5 or higher.
• Active 20 Bus with version 6.0 or higher.

Note: To establish cloud-based connections with Active 20, Active 32 Duo, Active 100 Bus, and Active 20 Bus alarm systems, a version equal to or greater than 5.3 and an ME-04 module version equal to or greater than 2.0 are required. The compatibility also extends to ECR 18 Plus with an ME-04 module version equal to or greater than 2.0 and SmartCloud-18 with an ME-04 module version equal to or greater than 2.0. The app is also compatible with SmartCloud-32.

Additionally, the Active Mobile V4 app supports cloud connectivity for a range of JFL CCTV products including:

• WD-4100, WD-4200, WD-3000, WD-3100, DHD-1000N, DHD-1100N, DHD-2000N, DHD-2100N, DHD-3200, DHD-3300, DHD-3300 PoC, DHD-5000, DHD-5100, DHD-5200, and DHD-8000 DVRs.
• SP-2015 IP Speed Domes.
• SP-2010 Speed Dome.
• SP-2002 IP Mini.
• CHD-1030 IP/CHD-1030 Dome IP Cameras.
• CHD-2130 IP/CHD-2130 Dome IP Cameras.

Please note that the app does not support IP/Domain connections for the CCTV line.
